New gym building and associated landscaping within the grounds of a large family home in Surrey. The building comprises a generous, flexible, exercise space, with ancillary spaces including a timber lined sauna and external hot tub.

The main space is fully glazed with an external colonnade providing sun-shading and protection across this south-west facing facade.
