project Clayhill Farmstead

An old farmstead located outside Lewes in East Sussex comprising a Grade II Listed farmhouse which dates back to the 16th C, numerous ancillary buildings including an 18th C Sussex barn. The site is located a mile from the South Downs nestled within the chalky hills of the surrounding area.

This current project entails complete restoration of the Listed farmhouse which will be extended and divided to form two dwellings. The conversion of the Sussex barn and Granary building will also create three new dwellings. All set within a shared set of gardens and ancillary spaces for a small Co-housing community.
